What You’ll Be Doing

You will work on diverse projects, providing high-quality support for private and public sector clients across the UK, including infrastructure and renewable energy projects.

• Planning and conducting habitat and protected species surveys, supervising field staff, and identifying development constraints and opportunities.
• Writing technical reports, EcIA, ES chapters, contributing to HRA reports, and designing mitigation measures in line with NPF4.
• Managing project finances with support from senior management.
• Collaborating with management and clients to generate new work streams and leading tenders.
• Travel will be involved; a full UK driving license is required.

Who We’re Looking For

• Full membership of CIEEM and a relevant degree.
• Experience in delivering ECoW, preparing EPS and other license applications.
• Possibly an EPS licensed consultant (Class 1 or 2 bat or species), with knowledge of UK and EU wildlife legislation and survey techniques.
• Strong time and project management skills, with excellent communication and influencing abilities to build relationships with colleagues, clients, and external bodies.
