Job summary

Anglian Water Services is seeking a Senior ECC Project Manager to lead NEC contract administration across Tier 1 Alliances and manage a multi-million pound capital investment portfolio. You will report to the Head of Contract Management, steering governance, assurance, and commercial strategies while developing the ECC PM team.

The role requires a strong background in contract management, NEC4/NEC3 accreditation, and leadership across large-scale construction contracts.

Qualifications

• Degree in construction, engineering, or a science-related discipline.
• NEC3 or NEC4 Project Manager Accreditation.
• Extensive knowledge of NEC contracts within construction and utilities.

Responsibilities

• Lead NEC contract administration across Tier 1 Alliances.
• Oversee a large investment portfolio, ensuring contract compliance, risk management, and timely issue resolution.
• Supervise and support the ECC Project Management team, addressing escalations and removing delivery barriers.
• Ensure robust assurance processes, maintain accurate financial records, and oversee procurement strategies and contract drafting.
• Promote collaboration and drive informed decision-making within governance structures and stakeholder networks.
