Senior Early Years Educator (Nursery Room Leader)

We are looking for a passionate and engaging Senior Early Years Educator (Nursery Room Leader) who will lead by example, motivate and inspire their team to encourage a love of learning through high-quality teaching under the EYFS framework.
As part of this role, you'll deliver care as well as supervise your team members; identify areas of change and implement learning and teaching objectives to ensure all children are kept safe and have rich, stimulating experiences. You will embrace inclusivity to meet the individual needs of all in your room.
Within this role, you will be responsible for ensuring all record-keeping requirements are regularly completed, as well as conducting team appraisals. As the Senior Early Years Educator (Nursery Room Leader), you will work in partnership with other Room Leads and the management team to ensure the nursery runs successfully.
Salary: From £25,896.00 - £30,180.80, depending on experience and qualifications
