Job summary

Lancashire & South Cumbria NHS Foundation Trust is seeking an Early Intervention Specialist to join a well-established multidisciplinary team delivering care to individuals aged 14 to 65 at risk of, or experiencing, first episode psychosis. You will coordinate and provide psycho-social and family interventions within a hub-and-spoke model of care.

You will lead within a multidisciplinary team, ensuring robust assessment, formulation, planning and monitoring of care while promoting equality,
