Job summary

The Senior Mental Health Practitioner role is based in the Lancashire and South Cumbria Early Intervention Service within the Trust's Children and Families Network. The post focuses on coordinating care for people aged 14 to 65 with first episode psychosis and complex needs, including families.

Qualifications

• Registered mental health nurse, social worker or occupational therapist.
• Accredited learning at degree level 6 or above relevant to practice.
• Postgraduate experience in mental health care.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and deliver high-quality care to complex cases and families.
• Deliver specialist interventions such as psychosocial and family interventions.
• Provide leadership within the multidisciplinary team.
• Ensure assessment, formulation, planning and monitoring of care.
