Job Title: Senior Dynamics Developer at TieTalent

Salary: £50,000 - £54,000 + Fantastic Pension

Work Arrangement: Hybrid - 2 days per month in the office

About the Role

This is a great opportunity to join a progressive organization and a development team where you will work within a multi-disciplined squad using various technologies to build enterprise-grade services. The role involves investigating, diagnosing, and fixing system issues. As a Senior Developer, you'll contribute to the technical strategy of the department. You will play a pivotal role in reviewing and continually improving core applications.

You should have a strong appetite for learning new technologies and methodologies to deliver high-quality IT services.

Day-to-Day Responsibilities

• Design, code, configure, test, and document large, complex, or mission-critical applications in a cloud-first environment using Dynamics and Power Apps in MS Azure.
• Configure and customize both model-driven and canvas apps.
• Develop Power Automate Flows via connectors to the Dataverse and other data sources.
• Develop PowerApps integrations with other Azure components such as Logic Apps, Azure Service Bus, and Azure Functions.
• Collaborate with test engineers to understand acceptance criteria, the code base, and test coverage.
• Work with IT and stakeholders, sharing knowledge and fostering a culture of learning and teamwork.
• Proactively investigate problems and opportunities in existing processes, communicating findings and recommendations.
• Identify and manage defects, incidents, risks, and issues according to IPO standards.
• Assist in implementing toolkits and APIs for integration, performance optimization, security, and scalability.
• Ensure testing and build activities follow governance and processes.

Essential Skills and Experience

• Experience with MS Dynamics CRM and/or PowerApps platform (minimum 6 months).
• Understanding of architectural principles such as SOA and Micro-Services.
• Proficiency in one or more of these languages: C#, Python, JavaScript, TypeScript.

You will also be eligible for funded qualifications such as PL900 and PL200, and fully paid study leave. Note: Eligibility for SC clearance is required, including having been in the UK for at least 5 years.
