Job summary

Searchandselect is seeking a Senior Power Platform Developer to join our client’s enterprise team on the Isle of Man. You will lead the design and delivery of Power Platform and Dynamics 365 CRM solutions, mentoring mid-level and junior developers.

You will own the technical approach, drive cross-system integrations, and ensure robust data governance and reporting across the group.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience prototyping, developing, deploying, customizing and integrating Power Platform and Dynamics 365 CRM in enterprise settings.
• Strong ability to customize CRM entities and business rules.
• Proficient in .NET/C# with CI/CD across multiple environments.
• Experience mentoring mid-level and junior developers.
• Proven track record in Agile development teams.
• Banking/FinTech domain experience is desirable.

Our client seeks a Senior Power Platform Developer to join their team.

This role is a technical lead within an agile development team, driving the design, control, deployment, customisation and integration of Microsoft Power Platform and Dynamics 365 CRM across the Enterprise. You'll take ownership of complex, cross-system solutions and provide technical direction and mentorship to less experienced developers.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead the design and delivery of solutions, collaborating with software developers, business analysts, software architects and IT professionals across the business.


• Own the technical approach for enhancing and extending current systems to cover new business, reporting, compliance, or risk requirements.


• Architect the integration and transformation of data to drive internal and external reporting requirements.


• Define and oversee the control of data and information throughout the group of companies.


• Design and lead the integration of existing systems and services into the platform architecture.


• Mentor and support the technical development of mid-level and junior developers within the team.


• Act as a key technical point of contact for stakeholders on complex or ambiguous requirements.

Key Skills and Experience:

• 5+ years' proven experience prototyping, developing, deploying, customizing and integrating Microsoft Power Platform (Power Automate, Power Apps, Logic Apps, SharePoint) and Dynamics 365 CRM solutions in an enterprise setting.


• Strong track record customising and creating CRM entities and Business Rules.


• Experience in Banking, Investment or FinTech companies would be desirable.


• Demonstrated experience designing and developing plugins for Power Platform and CRM, including complex integrations.


• Strong Microsoft .NET / C# skills with experience owning source control management and continuous integration/deployment strategy across various environments.


• Proven ability to communicate complex problems clearly and concisely with multiple stakeholders.


• Extensive experience in Agile and Dynamic Development environments, including shaping team practices.


• Excellent problem-solving skills (with a systematic and detailed approach) and experience guiding others through complex technical problems.


• Ideally have a genuine aptitude for learning and continual growth, with a track record of sharing skills and helping others develop.


• Microsoft Certified Technology Specialist (MCTS) for Microsoft Dynamics CRM.


• Experience mentoring and training other members of the team would be desirable.
