Job summary

Eque2 Ltd is seeking an experienced Technical Consultant (Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central) to lead delivery of complex enterprise implementations, upgrades and migrations across on-premises and SaaS environments. You will guide the full project lifecycle with stakeholders.

You will work with Project Managers, Functional Consultants and developers, translating business requirements into technical solutions while managing multiple priorities.

Qualifications

• Proven experience delivering BC implementations, upgrades and migrations across SaaS and on-prem.
• Strong experience with Microsoft Dynamics NAV, including legacy versions, and current BC releases.
• Hands-on AL development, Visual Studio Code, extensions, APIs and web services.
• Strong SQL Server knowledge including data migration and troubleshooting.
• Experience in solution design, workshop facilitation, and effort estimation.

Responsibilities

• Lead technical delivery of Dynamics 365 BC across on-prem and SaaS.
• Provide technical leadership through discovery, design, config and deployment.
• Plan data migrations, integrations and upgrade projects with minimal disruption.
• Install, configure and support BC and related technologies (Continia).
• Deliver technical analysis, upgrade planning and recommendations.
• Apply patches and hotfixes across customer environments.
• Provide technical training and knowledge transfer to customers and teams.
• Support M365, Power BI and related integrations.
• Test developments to ensure quality and reliability.
• Produce technical documentation, implementation plans and designs.
• Identify and mitigate technical risks and dependencies.
