Job summary

PMC Commerce is seeking a Senior Consultant with strong Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central expertise to join our growing team.

You will apply Chartered Accountant experience to understand client finance and business processes, translate requirements into effective ERP solutions, and lead or support Business Central implementations for UK clients. You’ll optimise financial workflows, train users and contribute to project success.

Qualifications

• Qualified Chartered Accountant (ACA/ACCA or equivalent).
• Minimum 5 years' experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central, either as end user or in a systems implementation environment.
• Proven experience with Business Central ERP implementations.
• Strong understanding of finance and business processes.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Support and, where appropriate, lead aspects of Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central implementations.
• Work directly with clients to understand their business processes, requirements and challenges.
• Translate business and finance requirements into practical, efficient ERP solutions.
• Provide guidance across Business Central modules, with focus on UK construction industry processes and requirements.
• Engage confidently with stakeholders to gather information, understand processes and identify opportunities for improvement.
• Assist with Business Central configuration, system testing and data migration activities.
• Provide 2nd line support following go-live, helping clients resolve issues and maximise system performance.
• Develop and deliver training and knowledge-sharing sessions for clients and internal teams.
• Produce reports and support data analysis to help clients make informed business decisions.
• Collaborate with project teams, clients and senior stakeholders to ensure solutions align with business objectives and growth plans.
• Manage multiple projects and priorities while maintaining a high standard of client service.
• Contribute to the continuous improvement of our ERP implementation methodologies and capabilities.
