Job summary

Spectrum IT is seeking an experienced Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central Solution Architect to lead design and delivery of BC solutions for manufacturing-focused ERP projects. This senior, client-facing role demands deep BC/NAV expertise and a track record of guiding complex ERP implementations from concept to go-live.

Qualifications

• 8+ years' experience with Microsoft Dynamics NAV / Business Central.
• 3+ years' experience as a Solution Architect or Senior Consultant.
• Strong manufacturing experience with BC implementations.
• Finance and business process understanding.
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication.
• Experience mentoring consultants.

Responsibilities

• Design end-to-end Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central solutions.
• Produce solution/technical design documentation.
• Act as the key technical point of contact for customers.
• Lead and provide technical guidance to project delivery teams.
• Review consultant work and overall solution quality.
• Work with Project Managers to manage scope, risk, budgets, and delivery.
• Support customers throughout the full project lifecycle.
• Mentor and develop junior consultants.
• Evaluate third-party products, integrations, and add-ons.
