Job summary

NewDay is seeking a Senior Dynamics 365 Developer to design, build and evolve our customer service and contact centre platforms. You will shape intelligent experiences across Dynamics 365, Power Platform, Copilot Studio and Azure, partnering with product managers and operations to deliver scalable solutions.

You’ll own integrations, data models and automation, mentor engineers, and contribute to architecture discussions while aligning with security and governance standards.

Qualifications

• Solid experience delivering Dynamics 365 Customer Service and Contact Centre solutions.
• Proven track record implementing Omnichannel capabilities (voice, chat, messaging, digital).
• Strong Power Platform development with Dataverse security and governance.
• Experience with Copilot Studio, AI solutions and conversational interfaces.
• API-based integrations across enterprise apps; .NET and React proficiency.
• Knowledge of authentication, identity management and Azure services; agile delivery.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop and support Dynamics 365 Customer Service and Omnichannel solutions.
• Build scalable Power Platform apps, automations and data models with Dataverse.
• Create AI-enabled experiences using Copilot Studio and automation workflows.
• Deliver API-based integrations and custom extensions with .NET/React.
• Collaborate with Product, Operations and IT to translate requirements into robust solutions.
• Ensure security, governance and enterprise architecture alignment; participate in on-call rota.
