Job summary

TLT LLP is seeking a Solicitor to join our Document Review and Collation (DRC) team in a client-facing role with real scope for career development, working on DSARs and large-scale review projects.

You will oversee DSAR workstreams from scoping to delivery, apply legal judgement on disclosure and redaction, mentor junior colleagues and contribute to service delivery improvements using Relativity, Legora, and other tools in a flexible, hybrid environment.

Qualifications

• Experience in document review, eDiscovery, ALSP, or similar delivery environments.
• Experience with high-volume DSAR caseloads and data protection matters.
• Ability to perform quality control and second-level review.
• Experience advising and providing quotes to clients.

Responsibilities

• Oversee DSAR workstreams from scoping to delivery.
• Quality control and escalation of risks within timeframes and budgets.
• Support junior colleagues and liaise with stakeholders across teams.
• Contribute to business development and client-facing activities.
