Job summary

Bimplus is seeking an experienced Site Supervisor to join our London delivery team on major drylining projects. You will supervise day-to-day activities, coordinate site operatives and subcontractors, and ensure works align with drawings, specs and programme.

You will bring a strong background in drylining, partitions, ceilings or interiors, with a focus on quality, safety, and productivity on high-rise sites. Excellent communication and organisational skills are essential.

Qualifications

• Proven experience as a Site Supervisor in drylining, partitions, ceilings or interiors.
• Experience on high-rise or major construction projects.
• Strong understanding of drylining install and sequencing.
• Experience supervising subcontractors and site operatives.
• Good knowledge of drawings and specifications.
• A strong focus on quality, safety and productivity.
• Excellent communication and organisational skills.
• The confidence to coordinate with main contractors and other trades.
• A proactive approach and the ability to resolve problems quickly.
• A genuine commitment to delivering work to a high standard.

Responsibilities

• Supervising day-to-day drylining activities on major construction projects.
• Managing and coordinating site operatives and subcontractors.
• Ensuring works are carried out in accordance with drawings, specifications and programme requirements.
• Monitoring productivity, progress and workmanship.
• Coordinating labour, materials and plant to ensure works progress efficiently.
• Working closely with the Site Manager to plan upcoming activities and maintain programme.
• Liaising with the main contractor and other trades on site.
• Identifying and resolving issues as they arise. Ensuring work areas are maintained in a safe, clean and organised condition.
• Carrying out quality checks and ensuring works are completed to the required standard.
• Supporting site inductions, briefings and toolbox talks where required.
• Monitoring compliance with health and safety requirements.
• Reporting progress, delays and any site issues to the Site Manager.
• Maintaining strong relationships with the site team, client and wider project stakeholders.
