AtkinsRéalis is seeking a Drainage Design Specialist to join our UK teams, delivering highway, transportation and private development drainage schemes across the country. The role emphasizes technical leadership, BD, and the development of our drainage capability within a multidisciplinary setting.

You will contribute to design excellence through BIM-enabled drainage solutions, stakeholder engagement, and staff development while supporting remote project delivery and our national practice.

Qualifications

• Degree and professional qualifications with broad drainage experience.
• Proven track record in drainage design, BD, and project delivery.
• Experience leading teams and managing multi-disciplinary projects.

Responsibilities

• Lead drainage design from concept to detailed design and construction.
• Promote digital solutions and BIM integration in drainage projects.
• Provide technical assurance of designs and manage budgets.
• Mentor graduates and technicians within the drainage discipline.
• Support bids with technical input and risk assessment.
