Job summary

Mid Cheshire Hospitals NHS Foundation Trust is seeking a Domestic Deputy Supervisor for Victoria Infirmary, Northwich, to coordinate hotel services and maintain high-quality cleaning standards across the site. Qualifications

• Supervision of domestic staff, assisting with the allocation of duties and daily oversight of work.
• Assist with staff training and mandatory training compliance.
• Keep accurate records relating to health, safety, quality, and performance.

Responsibilities

• Support the delivery of cleaning and domestic services in line with service level agreements, National Standards & Trust policies.
• Assist with co-ordination of operational activity, allocating tasks to staff based on service need and agreed priorities.
• Support rota planning; annual leave, attendance monitoring, arranging cover in line with service requirements.
• Assist with organisation of portering, cleans, ensuring required documentation is completed.
• Monitor stock levels of cleaning materials and consumables.
• Be fully trained with specialist theatre cleaning to help out when and if required.
