Job summary

Honeycomb Group in Staffordshire Moorlands is seeking a Senior Domestic Abuse Practitioner to support adults and families in our safe accommodation services. You will deliver focused one-to-one support to help them live a life free from abuse.

The role involves risk assessment, multi‑agency collaboration (MARAC/CYP), helping with housing and benefits, rota management, on‑call coverage, and contributing to meeting funding targets. A DBS check is required.

Qualifications

• GCSE English and maths or equivalent.
• Experience delivering support to customers and meeting deadlines.
• Experience supporting adults with complex needs.
• Knowledge of safeguarding and housing safety in safe accommodation.
• Experience leading a team and conducting appraisals.
• Full UK driving licence and own vehicle for work.

Responsibilities

• Process referrals, identify risk, and deliver tailored support.
• Line manage staff and contribute to a safe, high-quality service.
• Work with multi‑agency partners and attend MARAC/CYP meetings.
• Support customers with housing, benefits, tenancy responsibilities, and progression to independence.
• Assist with service delivery: rota management, on‑call, reporting, and meeting targets.
• Happy to clean and prepare voids.
