What You’ll Do:

As a Senior Collaboration Tools Engineer, you will:

1. Play a key role in the design, innovation, and support of collaboration tools.
2. Drive continuous improvement and platform enhancement to meet the firm's needs.
3. Handle complex tasks, provide technical guidance, and support critical incidents.
4. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure platform standards.
5. Lead and support the deployment of new platforms, changes, and upgrades.

What We’re Looking For:

You will bring:

1. Expertise in Office 365, Google Workspace, Microsoft SharePoint Online, and Microsoft Teams.
2. A proactive mindset with the ability to work independently and lead initiatives.
3. Strong communication and problem-solving skills for engaging with engineers, business teams, and stakeholders.
4. Deep understanding of system configurations, disaster recovery, and compliance.
5. ITIL Service Management or similar certifications are advantageous.
