Qualifications

• 3+ years' experience as a Document Controller or in information management.
• Knowledge of BIM in Information Management and Document Control.
• Experience using Power BI to extract, analyse, and report on data from the CDE.
• Understanding of ISO 19650 standards (Part 2).

Responsibilities

• CDE implementation: contribute to discovery and implement metadata, permissions, folder structures, workflows.
• User management: create user accounts, invitations and security groups.
• Quality assurance: monitor compliance of documents through workflows.
• Reporting: provide regular progress reports and stakeholder updates.
