We are working on behalf of a highly respected Tier 1 construction contractor who is looking to appoint a Senior Document Control to support their growing portfolio of design & build projects across London.

This is a key role for someone with a solid background in document control and coordination, looking to step into a more strategic position, supporting project delivery teams and managing information flow between stakeholders.

? The Opportunity

Based in Central London, you’ll be the linchpin between design consultants, subcontractors, and site teams - ensuring documentation, drawings, and data are well-managed, compliant, and flowing smoothly.

• Managing document control processes and drawing registers across multiple projects
• Acting as the primary liaison between design and construction teams
• Reviewing incoming design documentation for compliance and coordinating stakeholder feedback
• Leading design meetings and tracking resolution of design queries
• Setting up and overseeing projects on Asite and acting as a system superuser
• Supporting the development of project-specific information protocols (aligned with ISO 19650 standards)
• Mentoring document control staff across the region and leading internal team meetings
• Ensuring teams are trained and supported on document management processes and tools

? Candidate Profile

• Background in document control within the construction sector (essential)
• Experience using Asite
• Strong communicator with excellent coordination and stakeholder management skills
• Familiarity with ISO 19650 and digital information management practices
• Able to train and support internal project teams on systems and workflows
