Job summary

Johnsons Cars is seeking a Divisional Sales Manager to support the Franchise Director across Hyundai, Ford and Suzuki brands. This high-profile leadership role will drive sales performance, develop people and embed consistent standards across a large division with multiple dealerships.

• Senior sales leadership experience within a franchised dealership environment.
• Proven track record of improving sales performance through leadership, coaching and process management.
• Strong understanding of automotive sales KPIs, enquiry management, conversion and operational performance.
• Excellent communication, coaching and people development skills.

Responsibilities

• Supporting the Franchise Director in delivering the Division’s New and Used Vehicle sales strategy.
• Driving consistent sales processes across all dealerships to improve enquiry management, demonstrations, conversion and overall sales performance.
• Analysing dealership and Divisional KPIs to identify opportunities and implement effective action plans.
• Coaching and developing Sales Managers, Business Managers and Sales Executives to deliver sustainable performance.
