Job summary

Lendable is seeking a senior risk professional to lead recovery, restructurings, and workouts across its credit portfolio. Based in London or remotely from other eligible hubs, you will drive end-to-end execution, assess repayment options, and maximise investor recoveries while coordinating with legal advisers and external service providers.

You will bring a proven track record in distressed credit, workouts, and enforcement, with strong credit judgement and senior stakeholder management

Qualifications

• Extensive professional experience in credit, private credit, distressed credit, workouts or recoveries.
• Strong credit analysis ability with transaction judgement.
• Experience negotiating with borrowers, shareholders and lenders.

Responsibilities

• Lead recovery, restructuring and workout execution across the portfolio.
• Develop and implement recovery plans for distressed investments.
• Manage end-to-end process from initial identification to enforcement and resolution.
• Negotiate with borrowers, management teams and co-lenders to maximise recoveries.
• Drive restructuring actions including amendments, waivers, reprofiling and refinancings.
• Coordinate with legal advisers to develop practical enforcement strategies.
