• Lead UK & Ireland supply chain strategy and operating model aligned with brand priorities.

• Coordinate demand and supply planning processes across regions and partners.
• Drive continuous improvement, technology initiatives and process simplification.
• Develop budgets, headcount plans, and performance metrics for a high-performing team.
