Steer seeks an experienced Associate Director to join the London-based Development Planning team. The role requires leadership in transport development planning, with a track record of delivering high-profile planning consents within a multidisciplinary setting.

As part of the senior management team, you will drive project delivery, client relationships and growth of the UK business from our London office, embracing an employee-owned culture and agile working.

Formación

• Consultancy career with track record in transport development planning.
• Proven ability to win work and expand client base.

Responsabilidades

• Grow UK transport Development Planning business across existing and new clients.
• Lead on technical transport development planning in the Practice.
• Direct large, complex projects and proposals as bid or project director.
• Mentor and supervise team members to deliver quality work.
