Senior Director, Sustainability Solutions Lead
We are currently seeking a Sustainability Solutions Lead to support our end-to-end sustainability solutions and related revenue growth for the business.
You will be responsible for supporting the growth of our Sustainability Services Practice through client interactions, solutioning within client RFPs, supporting sales teams with SME in presales, strategic business development, and more. You will support the team’s revenue targets and be involved in delivering ESG strategy assignments for Fortune 500 clients globally.

What This Job Involves
- Sharing expertise: Serving as an industry resource, participating in regional and national sustainability communities, and contributing to relevant events.
- Being a sustainability expert: Providing SME for client needs, understanding emerging trends like net zero, ESG disclosures, and strategy development, and participating in industry forums.
- Maintaining client relationships: Leading initiatives to strengthen client engagement and providing advisory on sustainability.
- Providing presales support: Assisting sales with RFP responses, solution definition, and marketing content to differentiate our solutions.
- Developing sales opportunities: Supporting growth with account teams, managing opportunities in Salesforce, and driving lead conversion.
- Improving growth strategy: Developing strategies and process improvements, collaborating on GTM strategies, and interfacing with delivery teams to create high-value solutions.
- Managing sales data: Maintaining accurate pipeline data in Salesforce.
- Right-sizing solutions: Using client feedback to identify new solutions and collaborating across teams.
- Being a team player: Supporting marketing efforts, contributing to team recruitment and retention, and mentoring colleagues.
- Upholding JLL ethics: Adhering to behavioral, moral, ethical, and compliance standards in all interactions.
Skills and Experience
- 10+ years in business development or consulting in Sustainability/ESG.
- Ability to manage multiple stakeholders in a matrixed environment.
- Bachelor’s degree in engineering, business, or equivalent experience.
- Willingness to travel as needed.
