Job summary

ProPharma seeks a Senior Director, Program Management, Regulatory Sciences - Development to lead large, cross-functional client programs across Europe and Rest of World. You will align regulatory, clinical, nonclinical, and CMC workstreams with executive stakeholders and ensure predictable delivery.

The role requires an advanced degree and 15+ years in pharma/biotech or regulatory consulting, with a track record of building governance and delivering programs on time and within budget.

Qualifications

• Advanced degree preferred.
• Bachelor’s degree required in life sciences, healthcare, business, PM or related discipline.
• 15+ years in pharma/biotech/CRO/regulatory consulting environments.

Responsibilities

• Provide expert program and project management leadership across multiple complex client programs.
• Lead development and oversight of integrated program plans across regulatory, clinical, nonclinical, CMC, and other development functions.
• Establish governance structures and lead cross-functional steering and client reviews.
