Job summary

ProPharma Group is seeking a Senior Director of Programme Management, Regulatory Sciences - Development to lead large, cross-functional client programs across Europe and Rest of World. You will establish governance, drive delivery excellence, and mentor a team of Directors, Associate Directors, and PMs.

The role emphasizes strategic program planning, risk management, and collaboration with regulatory, clinical, nonclinical, and CMC teams, while supporting business growth and client relationships

Qualifications

• Demonstrated leadership of large, cross-functional client programs.
• Experience in regulatory, clinical, nonclinical, and CMC workstreams.
• Strong governance, risk management, and budgeting skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide expert program and project management leadership across multiple complex client programs.
• Lead development, implementation, and oversight of integrated program plans across regulatory, clinical, nonclinical, CMC, and other development functions.
• Strategically lead flagship client programs and ensure efficient execution across all phases.
• Establish governance structures and lead cross-functional meetings and client reviews.
• Ensure robust planning, forecasting, risk management, and milestone tracking.
• Oversee budgeting, invoicing, client liaison, and service growth opportunities.
• Develop and maintain strong client relationships across projects and service lines.
• Drive business growth, contribute to marketing, and support business development.
• Lead and develop Directors and PMs, coaching and performance management.
• Develop program management standards, tools, templates, and governance frameworks.
• Stay informed on methodologies and contribute to industry collaboration.
