Job summary

Responsibilities

• Provide expert program leadership across multiple complex client programs.
• Lead development and oversight of integrated program plans across regulatory, clinical, nonclinical, CMC, and other functions.
• Strategically lead flagship client programs and ensure efficient execution across phases.
• Establish governance structures and lead cross-functional meetings and client reviews.
• Ensure robust planning, risk management, and milestone tracking.
• Oversee budgeting, invoicing, client liaison, and service growth opportunities.
• Lead client relationships across projects and service lines with high-quality execution.
• Drive business growth initiatives and support business development interactions.
• Develop and mentor Directors, Associate Directors, and Project Managers.
