Impact of a Senior Director, Product

As the Senior Director, Product, focused on Enterprise & Agencies, you’ll shape the strategy for a critical segment of our business, translating customer insights into bold product strategies that drive growth and innovation. Reporting to the VP of Product Management, you’ll own the roadmap, lead a team of Product Managers, and act as the bridge between our customers’ needs and our long-term vision, ensuring our solutions remain at the forefront of the market.

This role brings both strategic vision and operational excellence, connecting product strategy to go-to-market execution across engineering, sales, marketing, and customer success. You’ll influence executive decisions, helping define the future of our platform and driving meaningful outcomes for our largest customers and partners.

  • Shape the product strategy: Define and drive the strategy for our largest customers and agency partners. Focus on scale, compliance, integration, and delivering business outcomes that align with customer needs.
  • Lead with vision: Own the long-term product direction, balancing innovation with product stability. Translate big ideas into actionable roadmaps, setting a clear path forward.
  • Mentor and inspire: Lead a team of Product Managers, creating a culture of growth, curiosity, and continuous improvement. Help your team push boundaries and make an impact.
  • Collaborate and align: Work closely with Engineering, Product Design, Sales, Marketing, and Customer Success to connect product strategy with go-to-market execution. Ensure messaging, positioning, and customer engagement are cohesive and impactful.
