Job summary

Willis Towers Watson is recruiting a key business development leader in its global Marine practice, focusing on Cargo, Freight & Logistics for GB with wider global support. You will evolve strategy, strengthen client and colleague retention and drive a robust growth pipeline.

Based in London with regional collaboration, you will expand the proposition, integrate Risk Analytics and data capabilities, and work with stakeholders across the business to deliver exceptional advisory services and value

Qualifications

• Knowledge of Marine insurance markets
• Degree or equivalent industry experience
• Strong leadership and management skills
• Excellent communication, negotiation and influencing abilities
• Strong problem solving, planning and budgeting skills

Responsibilities

• Develop and manage the client portfolio to maximise value and retention
• Build relationships with clients, understand their insurance needs and tailor solutions
• Identify cross-sell opportunities across specialties and liaise with other divisions
• Lead deployment of pricing, placement strategies and revenue optimisation for key accounts
