Qualifications

• Education in life sciences or healthcare with pharmacovigilance exposure.
• Senior leadership experience in pharmacovigilance or clinical operations.
• Strong communication, budgeting and resource management skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead the ICSR Management Unit and ensure delivery of unit activities.
• Manage budget reviews and resource allocation across projects.
• Supervise Associate Directors and oversee staffing utilization.
• Coordinate with HR and Quality on CAPAs and process improvements.
• Support business development and contract/proposal efforts as applicable.
• Prepare analyses and reports for project performance and budgets.
