Job Summary

We seek a Head of IT Service Delivery to lead the Global Technology Infrastructure and Operations division. The role involves driving infrastructure and operations services, ensuring alignment with stakeholder and business expectations, and leading operational models across infrastructure, IT Service Management, work intake processes, and infrastructure delivery management. This is a strategic opportunity for a highly motivated individual to elevate our Infrastructure and Operations organization towards service excellence.

Primary Responsibilities

• Service Management: Develop and document service strategies and operational plans. Ensure effective service delivery within budget. Monitor and evaluate performance against KPIs. Lead infrastructure operational models including work intake processes.
• Compliance, Quality & Risk: Implement continuous improvement activities. Ensure compliance with quality and risk standards. Respond to feedback to enhance service quality. Strive to improve end-user experience.
• Leadership and Team Management: Lead service delivery, technical solutions, and infrastructure teams. Oversee recruitment, onboarding, and professional development. Foster a high-performance culture.
• Stakeholder Engagement: Build strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders. Prepare and present reports on service delivery and operations.
• Technical Leadership: Lead Permit to Design, Build, and Operate processes and teams. Oversee infrastructure and operational initiatives. Manage work intake processes and infrastructure operational models.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of experience leading large teams and managing managers.
• Strong problem-solving, IT delivery management, and change management skills.
• Excellent interpersonal, negotiation, and communication skills.
• Understanding of service delivery trends, quality, and risk management.
• High-level technical understanding of Azure, End User Computing, ServiceNow, Network, and Security.
• Knowledge of Agile, DevOps, ITIL, ITSM frameworks.
• Experience in a Financial Services organization is highly beneficial.
