We’re seeking a Senior Director, Fellow, Solution Architect to join our team in Manchester (hybrid). In this role, you’ll:

1. Lead planning, high-level design, and budgeting for platform architecture; develop proof-of-concepts and explore alternatives to guide architectural decisions.
2. Coordinate architectural solutions among pods, resolve differences, and manage dependencies with other platform solutions.
3. Collaborate with Platform Group managers to create reusable, scalable architectural components within the technical roadmap.
4. Monitor and report project and application statuses to ensure alignment with strategic and industry standards.
5. Ensure solutions comply with the domain architecture defined by the Architecture Lead.
6. Analyze operational reports, KPIs, and KRIs related to architecture for the platform.
7. Guide technology teams and business partners on architectural options considering cost, risk, and delivery timelines, leveraging enterprise assets.
8. Identify emerging industry trends and potential architectural issues or gaps.
9. Work with other leads to facilitate change management processes, including architectural peer reviews.

• Expertise: Deep knowledge of architecture frameworks, tools, processes; experience with BNY applications and standards; experience across multiple business units; agile experience preferred.
