Job summary

Capgemini Invent is seeking an experienced senior leader to drive growth and delivery in the Energy Transition & Utilities sector. You will lead major advisory, consulting and transformation programs, working with clients across energy networks, retail, central markets, water and nuclear.

Qualifications

• Experience in consulting within the Energy & Utilities sector or related industries.
• Proven ability to lead complex client engagements and multi-year transformations.
• Experience building propositions, leading teams and delivering high-impact outcomes.
• Strong understanding of sector trends, regulation, and digital/AI-enabled transformation.

Responsibilities

• Lead and contribute to proposals, propositions, opportunities, account plans and client presentations.
• Oversee end-to-end delivery of advisory and transformation engagements to ensure quality, on time and on budget.
• Support practice development through campaigns, whitepapers, and internal think-tanks.
• Invest in learning and development to advance career paths and relevant certifications.
