Job summary

Capgemini Invent is seeking a Director-level leader to steer the Energy Transition & Utilities practice in the UK. You will own senior client relationships, shape strategic engagements, and drive multi-year transformation programs across electricity and gas networks.

You will lead cross-functional teams, develop winning propositions, and expand the client base while mentoring junior colleagues. You will leverage your sector expertise and Capgemini’s global network to deliver digital

Qualifications

Significant consulting experience in the Energy & Utilities sector.
Proven ability to build and win opportunities with multi-million pound revenue targets.
Strong leadership, collaboration and stakeholder management across a matrix organisation.

Responsibilities

Shape and win new opportunities, define engagements, resourcing, delivery approach and commercial model.
Define and deliver digital-enabled business transformation engagements.
Lead and manage teams to achieve high-quality delivery focused on client value.
Contribute to propositions with the global Capgemini network to enable market success.
Grow and lead the Energy Transition & Utilities business and team with Capgemini.
Model Capgemini values in client and internal relationships and build trusted advisor status.
