McLaren Automotive is seeking a Head of Digital Delivery & Governance to lead cross-functional delivery across the digital portfolio, from investment to handover. You will coordinate product, experience, engineering and platform teams, driving governance, risk management and timely releases.

The role sits in Commercial Technology & AI Enablement, reporting to the Director. You will lead a team of project leads, partner with delivery partners, and own the digital programme budget and benefits

Qualifications

• Extensive experience leading multi-team digital portfolio delivery at scale.
• Proven ability to design delivery operating models with strong governance.
• Experience leading and developing project leads and programme managers.

Responsabilités

• Lead planning and execution of digital programmes from investment approval to launch and handover.
• Build and develop a high-performing delivery team of project leads and managers.
• Coordinate cross-functionally between product, experience, engineering and platform teams.
