Job summary

Omnicom seeks a Senior Director of Data Management & Visualisation to lead strategy, governance, and operational excellence of client data infrastructure, reporting, and analytics. The role combines executive leadership with technical consultancy, guiding teams across data governance, taxonomy, platforms, automation, and AI‑driven reporting to deliver trusted, scalable solutions.

Qualifications

Experience leading data governance, quality, and taxonomy standards.
Proven ability to manage enterprise-scale data platforms and reporting ecosystems.
Strong data operations knowledge: ETL/ELT, governance, automation.
Experience in marketing, media, or enterprise environments.
Excellent communication with executive and technical stakeholders.
Thrives in a fast-paced, evolving environment.

Responsibilities

Lead regional data governance, quality and taxonomy standards.
Oversee data operations, platform infrastructure and automation.
Advise clients on data transformation, cloud architecture and martech ecosystems.
Drive AI-enabled reporting, automation and decision intelligence initiatives.
Collaborate with Global Head, Data Management Visualisation and cross-functional teams.
