Merkle, a dentsu company, seeks a Senior Director of Customer Strategy in London to lead major client engagements across CRM, CX and business transformation. Based in a hybrid London office, you will own strategic direction and deliver measurable client outcomes.

You will build senior relationships, shape proposals, and guide multidisciplinary teams to translate client ambitions into practical, scalable change.

Qualifications

• Significant experience in customer and business strategy within a leading consultancy or transformation environment.
• Senior strategic lead for complex, high-value client engagements.
• Proven track record in pitching, winning and expanding client work through senior relationships.

Responsibilities

• Own the strategic direction and successful delivery of significant client engagements.
• Build trusted relationships with senior client stakeholders.
• Lead customer and business strategy work spanning CRM, CX, operating models and transformation.
• Shape, pitch and win new work with colleagues across the organisation.
• Direct multidisciplinary teams and provide strategic guidance to deliver high-quality work.
• Contribute to practice growth through propositions, workshops and thought leadership.
