Job summary

GenepoolNetworks seeks a Senior Translational Medicine Leader to shape biomarker strategy across oncology programs. You will translate complex data into clinical decisions and influence portfolio direction across development stages.

The role requires leading cross-functional teams, defining milestones, and partnering with CROs, labs, and regulators to advance drug development and patient outcomes. A PhD/MD level degree is essential, with a proven track record in translational medicine.

Qualifications

• PhD/MD/PharmD level degree in immunology, pharmacology, or translational medicine.
• Deep expertise in translational medicine and biomarker strategy.
• Proven oncology and immunology therapeutic area experience.
• Track record enabling oncology drug development decisions.
• Experience leading cross-functional teams in R&D.

Responsibilities

• Lead translational medicine strategy across clinical development programs.
• Develop biomarker and clinical pharmacology plans for target engagement and dose optimization.
• Integrate biological, PK/PD, biomarker, and clinical data to guide development decisions.
• Define translational milestones and biomarker strategies across the lifecycle.
• Partner with bioanalytical and laboratory teams on assay development and implementation.
• Drive interpretation of translational data for mechanism, efficacy, and resistance.
• Contribute to study design, protocol development, endpoints, and data analysis plans.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, CROs, academic partners, KOLs, and vendors.
• Support regulatory submissions and health authority interactions related to translational strategy and biomarkers.
• Help build organizational capabilities while fostering a collaborative, patient-focused culture.
