East and North Hertfordshire NHS Trust is seeking a MVCC Hospital Director to provide senior operational leadership for the Cancer Services Division. You will work closely with clinical and nursing leaders to drive patient flow, performance and transformation, while ensuring high-quality, safe and effective patient services.

You will be part of the COO's Senior Operational Team, overseeing governance, financial management and service delivery across the division and wider system partnerships.
