A global contract development and manufacturing organisation (CDMO) is seeking a Senior Director of Business Development to lead strategic growth across its service portfolio, including small molecules, biologics, ADCs, peptides, and oligonucleotides. This senior, client-facing role involves managing high-value partnerships and driving long-term revenue expansion.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Lead business development strategies across multiple therapeutic and modality areas.
  2. Build and maintain key client relationships from initial contact to deal closure.
  3. Collaborate with technical and executive teams to align proposals with client needs.
  4. Represent the company at major conferences and in high-level negotiations.
Required Experience:
  1. Minimum of 10+ years in business development or commercial leadership within CDMO, CRO, or pharmaceutical services.
  2. Strong knowledge across modalities such as small molecules, biologics, or ADCs.
