This role focuses on AI services market dynamics, forecasting, and strategic guidance for C-level clients through published forecasts and direct client interactions.

The Senior Director will conduct research on AI services, shape Gartner’s research agenda, and collaborate with a global team of analysts to deliver high-impact insights to clients and Gartner

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
• 12+ years of relevant field or industry experience.
• Experience of market sizing and forecasting.
• Highly numerate with excellent critical thinking skills.
• Passion for predictive insights and thought leadership.

Responsibilities

• Focus on the enterprise AI services market and develop market sizing/forecasting models.
• Deliver insightful and actionable advice to clients at leadership levels through content and client interactions.
• Assess market opportunity and provide competitive analysis and customer opportunity assessments.
• Create provocative, must-have insights content and contribute to Gartner research agenda.
• Provide high quality content peer review and mentor junior team members.
