Solid Recruitment is seeking a Senior Diploma Qualified Financial Adviser – Employed to join a forward-thinking firm in Worthing. The role is full-time and permanent with a salary up to £85k depending on experience and an OTE of about £130k plus benefits.

You will take on an existing client bank, with full administration and paraplanning support, allowing you to focus on delivering high-quality financial advice and compliant service.

Qualifications

• Diploma Level 4 qualification or higher.
• CAS certification.
• Proven track record in financial planning and wealth management.
• Excellent communication and client relationship skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide expert financial advice to clients.
• Build strong relationships and deliver excellent client outcomes.
• Develop new business opportunities from existing client bank.
• Work with admin and paraplanning teams for seamless delivery and maintain FCA compliance.
