Job summary

Quilter Financial Planning is seeking an experienced financial adviser based in the West Sussex area to join their employed team. You will manage an existing book of clients with full paraplanning and admin support, and receive leads introduced through a robust referral process.

The role offers salary plus bonus, access to established clients, market‑focused training, and a structure designed to help advisers maximise earnings while delivering high‑quality financial guidance.

Qualifications

• Level 4 Diploma in UK Financial Advice is required.
• Minimum 12 months advising experience to manage and grow an existing book.
• Proficiency in MS Office and CRM systems.
• Strong ethics and customer‑oriented attitude.

Requirements:

• Employed adviser with a minimum of 12 months advising experience to manage and grow an existing book of clients.
• All leads are professionally introduced through a robust lead generation process
