Job summary

Arts Council England is recruiting a Senior Officer, Digital Workplace Applications to lead a portfolio of Digital Workplace initiatives. You will oversee SharePoint Online, Teams and related tools, driving user adoption and measurable business value.

You will work with business stakeholders, technical teams and service providers to deliver secure, accessible, and efficient workplace solutions across a national organisation.

Qualifications

• Experience delivering digital workplace solutions and services.
• Ability to lead on complex workplace projects and stakeholder management.
• Strong communication and collaboration across teams and vendors.

Responsibilities

• Lead delivery of a defined portfolio of Digital Workplace projects.
• Advise on adoption and optimisation of Microsoft 365 tools across Arts Council England.
