Southern Water is seeking a Lead SharePoint Developer to steer the evolution of our digital workplace for 3,000+ colleagues. You will head the SharePoint development team within Content and Collaboration, delivering secure, user-centered solutions across SharePoint Online and Microsoft 365.

• Proven expertise in SharePoint Online and M365 development.
• Experience leading technical teams and delivering enterprise solutions.
• Strong Azure DevOps and cloud architecture knowledge.
• Excellent stakeholder communication.

Responsibilities
