Job summary

Coveo is seeking a Technical Project Manager to lead enterprise-scale software implementations within our Professional Services team. You will align business objectives with technical requirements, manage scope, timelines, and budgets, and serve as the primary delivery lead for customer stakeholders.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of experience gathering requirements, producing technical documentation, and coordinating QA activities.
• 7+ years of experience managing large-scale IT implementation projects.
• Strong understanding of cloud-based software solutions and web applications.
• Excellent stakeholder management, leadership, organizational and communication skills in complex client environments.
• Ability to influence and collaborate with developers, architects, business stakeholders and executive sponsors.

Responsibilities

• Lead the implementation of Coveo's platform by defining project scope, objectives, milestones, and success criteria.
• Act as the primary delivery lead and trusted advisor for customer stakeholders, driving alignment and accountability.
• Coordinate customer stakeholders, internal experts, and project resources, managing expectations.
• Develop and maintain detailed project plans, proactively tracking budgets, timelines, dependencies, and deliverables.
• Manage project changes, assess impacts, and implement mitigation strategies to minimize delays and risks.
• Communicate project progress to customers and internal stakeholders via reports and governance meetings.
• Identify and mitigate risks to ensure successful delivery.
• Partner with architects, developers, and client stakeholders to translate business requirements into user stories and implementation decisions.
