Job summary

Airey Miller Group in Sevenoaks is seeking an experienced Digital & Measured Surveying Manager to lead our digital and measured surveying services across residential and commercial projects. You will drive technical delivery, client liaison and team development, ensuring high standards of accuracy and efficiency.

Qualifications

• Minimum five years' experience in digital surveying, measured building surveying, reality capture, BIM or point-cloud processing.
• Strong practical experience of laser scanning, drone surveying and total station operations.
• Proficient in point-cloud processing, registration and alignment using NavVis IVION or equivalent software.
• Good understanding of BIM processes, ISO 19650, the UK BIM Framework and digital information management.
• Experience leading, mentoring and developing technical teams, with quality management systems.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage digital and measured surveying projects from initial enquiry through to delivery and client issue.
• Oversee surveying activities using laser scanners, drones and total stations, coordinating site teams and programmes.
• Manage point-cloud processing, registration and integration of scan and drone data.
• Oversee production and quality of floor plans, elevations, sections, point clouds and 3D models.
• Review technical deliverables for accuracy and compliance with project specs.
• Manage project scopes, fee proposals, invoicing and client relationships.
• Lead, mentor and develop the surveying team and drive continuous improvement.
• Advance digital surveying workflows and BIM information delivery including ISO 19650.
