Job summary

Construction Professionals Recruitment seeks an experienced Digital & Measured Surveying Manager to lead delivery and development of its digital surveying, measured surveying, BIM and Information Management services for public and private sector projects.

The role requires practical surveying knowledge, laser scanning, drone capture, and coordination with architects, engineers and survey teams to produce accurate floor plans, elevations, sections and 3D models, ensuring QA and ISO 19650

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years' experience in digital/measured surveying within the construction sector.
• Proven ability to manage survey projects from enquiry to client delivery and QA.
• Strong practical knowledge of laser scanning, drone surveys and total stations.
• Experience producing floor plans, elevations, sections and 3D models.
• Understanding of BIM, ISO 19650 and Golden Thread requirements.

Responsibilities

• Manage digital and measured surveying projects from initial enquiry through delivery and client issue.
• Prepare fee proposals, define survey scopes and assess resource, programme and commercial needs.
• Coordinate survey teams and site visits; organise laser scanning, drone and total station surveys.
• Oversee point-cloud processing, registration, and CAD/model production.
• Review outputs for QA and ensure compliance with specifications.
