Job summary

Qualifications

• Leadership & coaching experience in application engineering teams.
• Experience delivering in secure government or regulated environments with SC clearance eligibility.
• Ability to balance short-term delivery with long-term transformation across large-scale systems.

Responsibilities

• Manages and coaches teams to deliver high quality tooling on time and budget.
• Oversees architecture decisions for enterprise products and platforms.
• Monitors releases and drives quality metrics across teams.
• Consults on complex issues and develops leading-edge solutions for government contracts.
• Drives the technical roadmap to meet business and partner needs.
• Implements engineering excellence initiatives and governance.
