Description

We are seeking an experienced Senior Digital Project Manager with a proven track record in digital delivery of commerce, content, and marketing solutions. The successful candidate will be responsible for leading large-scale engagements, managing diverse teams, and maintaining strong client relationships. This role requires a deep understanding of business case-oriented delivery and agile methodologies.

Responsibilities

1. Lead and manage digital projects with an annual budget of £3M+
2. Work closely with other teams to ensure the best results in delivery and support additional growth in new areas
3. Coordinate and manage teams of 20+ consultants and engineers across onshore, nearshore Europe, and offshore Indian locations
4. Maintain strong client relationships across technology, product, and operational areas
5. Ensure the successful delivery of projects, meeting outcomes and business objectives within time and cost constraints
6. Work comfortably between business and technical teams, ensuring clear communication and alignment
7. Apply agile methodologies throughout the project lifecycle
8. Develop and maintain excellent delivery health (quantitative and qualitative)

Requirements

• Minimum of 5 years of experience in digital delivery of commerce, content, and marketing
• Proven experience leading and managing diverse teams
• Strong client engagement skills, with the ability to interact confidently with Manager and Director level stakeholders
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Solid understanding of business case-oriented delivery with experience in measuring outcomes
• Ability to work comfortably between business and technical teams
• Experience working in a multi-cultural, multi-lingual environment
• Ideally experience in at least three sectors: Retail, CPG, Travel & Transportation, Automotive, Manufacturing, Life Sciences
• Ideally delivery experience in at least three areas: Consulting, UX/UI Design, MACH implementations, Mobile and Omni Channel, Marketing Services

Nice to Have

• Agile Project or Programme certification (e.g., Scrum, SAFe) or equivalent
• At least 3 examples of full lifecycle delivery and understanding of the business impact of such implementations
• Minimum of 5 years of experience delivering projects using agile methodologies
